What's the history of Onebigfishgreenevents?
Founded in 2008, Onebigfishgreenevents was born of an ongoing love affair between one girl and her adoration for vintage clothing. The name Onebigfishgreenevents comes from a combination of said girl and her two best friends.
Do you have a space where I can try a piece on?
We are happy to schedule fittings and appointments in our home-based studio on a case-by-case basis. Please email us if you would like to set something up!
Do you ever collaborate with folks?
Yes! We absolutely, positively love collaborating with photographers, models, hair and make-ups artists and even Instagramers. If you're Austin-based, hey, that's awesome, so are we! If you're located somewhere else, that's okay too! Take a look at our past lookbooks to see what we've been up to.
Do you ever loan out vintage clothing for photo shoots?
We are obsessed with quality control when it comes to our vintage. Due to the delicate nature of vintage clothing and the inevitable damage that can occur on a shoot, we are quite particular when it comes to renting or loaning out pieces. That said, we will occasionally work with studios and stylists on their photo shoots. It's a case-by-case situation so fill us in on your project and we'll let you know our thoughts.
